We are looking for Occupational & Physical Therapists to join our team.

Responsibilities:

~ Provide outpatient therapy services to clients in their home environment

~Development and implement treatment plans focused on function, safety, and overall wellness

~Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary providers

~Document per professional and Medicare standards

Requirements:

Must be licensed in MD and CPR certified.

Experienced with neurological and complex medical populations.

Knowledge of integrative healthcare practices.

CLT preferred though not required.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
